These are ultraportable notebooks. They are very thin and light and so do not come with an optical drive therefore an external usb cdrw or dvd rw drive is often purchased seperately. You may also use a flash drive!
This laptop is off lease from a corprate environment and so is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. It is an "ultraportable" laptop with a small and light 12 inch Lcd screen! THIS IS NOT one of the new "netbooks" (we have one to see our Acer One Ad) it is a FIRST CLASS busines or home business full fledged laptop in an ultraportable size. It is made out of a very tough aluminum/steel magnesium alloy case which makes it very durable. This is not a run of the mill plastic machine! $35 extra for the external CD/RW dvd rom and $50 for dual core.
